The secret to your client attraction engine

It is not about doing more.

Hello Sdfsdf, Most HSEs think client attraction is about doing more; more marketing, more content, more offers. But in truth, attraction happens when you create a clear, grounded path that clients can understand and say YES to. That path is what I call your Unique Serving System. What's Happening with Heather When I'm connecting with an HSP for the first time as part of the Clarity Call Process a struggle I often hear is, "I'm really good at what I do, but I don't know how to clearly talk about it." And – wow – do I get it! I felt the same way for so long and have now learned over my years of mentoring 100s of HSPs in business and leadership that this tends to stem from our HSP Strength of Deep Thinking. We are so good at pondering deep introspection that the translation into tangible, simple communication often gets jumbled. Of course, this skill is totally trainable for us HSPs, but it's also really supportive to have tools to support you with your marketing and selling that allow you to clearly not only talk about what you do, but almost more importantly, the WAY you do what you do. I remember the immense relief I felt once I crafted my first Unique Serving System. My selling conversations were so much more enjoyable, and my program enrollments so much more successful. Now, all these years later, I actually have 8 Unique Serving Systems. And here I am now entering my 23rd year of being self-employed, with 16 of those years serving as coach, teacher, and mentor to more HSPs in business and leadership than I can count. You are unique.
