Sdfsdf, for a long time I would *secretly* create my business planning from my intuition and heart guidance.
I would attend all of these Warrior-Coach-Type events, suffer through the cold ballrooms, Power Points and overload of information and then once back in my home office, connect in with my heart to guide me toward how to best work with this overwhelm of outer crap.
It was my own dirty little secret.
Then, about 4 years ago, I publicly taught for the first time how to intuitively plan from the heart for the Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur members of my Business Miracles Community at an in-person training retreat.
When I originally put this planning day in place, my mind said, "We are going to have a traditional planning day."
My HEART said, "This is NOT going to be a traditional planning day At. All. You are going to share the very unique process that you have been using for yourself for years."
And my head said, "Absolutely not. We are not doing that. You're not ready for that, your Community isn't ready for that; this will absolutely be a disaster, it will bomb - DON'T DO IT!"
This conversation went back and forth between my head and my heart for several weeks leading right up to that in-person training retreat, and even right up to the very morning of the planning day, where I decided - the head wins.
This is where we need to be.
Traditional planning.
Then I showed up in the room, and out of my mouth came The Voice Of My Heart. ❤️
It just took over and led that day.
As a Community of Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders, we have never looked back.
Since then I've led this sacred process twice a year, every year.
The results? PHENOMENAL. Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders creating what they "thought" wasn't possible:

It takes courage to truly trust your intuition and to follow your heart guidance, but - wow! - is the reward worth it!
I'm beyond grateful I've learned to trust and follow my own heart (even when my mind would try to convince me otherwise).
