Within 24-48 hours you'll receive support from either Heather Dominick as your mentor, the Coach Team, which is engaged in consistent mastery training with Heather Dominick, or a fellow Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur and Leader in the Business Miracles Community.

Weekly – Every week* you will attend a live video Training session led by Heather Dominick. Based on real-time topics and trends identified within the entire Business Miracles Community, each week will always be relevant to you.
Each training will immediately be followed by an intimate, live video Roundtable session where you will receive either mentoring directly from Heather Dominick or coaching directly from a member of The Coach Team and masterminding support from fellow Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders in the Business Miracles Community.
Every session is recorded.

Ongoing – Immediately at the start of your training program, you will take the exclusively designed Highly Sensitive Leadership Track Assessment™. This will place you into 1 of the 7 available leadership curriculum tracks, providing you with instant access to 15-25 exclusive training recordings.
Because your track curriculum is based on your personal assessment, the trainings will match exactly where you are in both your personal highly sensitive journey as well as provide you with exactly what you need professionally to learn how to make more of a social impact and generate more income as either a Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur or Employee.
Each curriculum track focuses on both what is needed to change how you operate in the world as a highly sensitive as well as practical how to's of marketing, selling, team building and operations. Accompanying each training is a transformational assignment which you will bring to the forum to ensure implementation.

The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Program
Secondary Support Elements:
Bi-Annually – At least twice a year you will create an intuitive plan using a using a proprietary process developed by Heather Dominick specifically for Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders. This innovative process teaches you to access, hone and plan from the Highly Sensitive Strength of Intuition.
Each planning session is a full day of live video training led by Heather Dominick for the entire Business Miracles Community and is applicable to and supportive of acceleration within all of the leadership curriculum tracks.
Dates: October 20, 2021 & February 16, 2022
Annually – 2-3 full days of virtual, real-time, highly interactive, experiential training with Mentor Heather Dominick and a like-minded community of Highly Sensitive Leaders from around the globe.
Each Training Retreat's content is always new and determined by the demonstrated real-time needs of the members of the Business Miracles Community of Highly Sensitive Leaders.
Dates: November 8-10, 2021
Optional – You have the option to add, for an additional fee and as often as you choose, 30 minutes of private mentoring support directly with Mentor Heather Dominick or private coaching support with a member of the Business Miracles Coach Team.
