Sdfsdf, I'm going to share with you two inside scoops:
1) a mistake I see so many starting (and not so starting) out Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs make and
2) a snippet of a secret language I share with my team.
Let's start with the first. :)
I recently answered a list of questions from an overwhelmed newbie HSE Coach (in my HSE Facebook group :)) all about website set up, online funnels, products and quizzes to capture leads.
The gist of my response: "keep it simple ... build relationships not products."
Getting caught up in the tech bells and whistles can actually be a way to slip into the Highly Sensitive Coping Mechanism of Hiding as a way to never have to put yourself out there to have a selling conversation ... setting you up for no clients and no income.
Which leads us to the second.
"KISSES-PP".
I introduced this to my team in the summer of 2019. And WOW. We had no idea how much we would need to rely on this through the unprecedented year of 2020 and beyond.
It stands for: "Keep It Simple, Streamlined and Excellent Sweet Pineapple Princesses."
The PP part I'll save for another time, but the KISSES part has been the crux of our ability, as a team of mostly Highly Sensitives, to remain not only steady, strong and of high service through the global pandemic but to, most importantly, stay out of the Highly Sensitive Shadow of Overwhelm and therefore support an entire Community of fellow Highly Sensitive Leaders to do the same.
As I shared with our overwhelmed newbie, "as Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders we are meant to do it differently. The bells and whistles not only are not needed but also do not guarantee success" - no matter what a non-Highly Sensitive tries to sell you. ✨✨
