this still shocks me

Sdfsdf, I know it shouldn't, but it still shocks me that Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs (HSEs), especially coaches, fall into the marketing trap that they MUST set up all of these complicated, online challenges, evergreen funnels, email marketing campaigns and invest way beyond their energy and resource means to run social media ads in order to begin, grow or expand their business and mission.

It's not that these techniques don't work, it's just rarely that they are a match for us HSEs. What's most unfortunate is that not only does attempting to set up these complex systems serve as a massive distraction from doing what I call "the real work" - learning to manage your nervous system and inner terrain in order to solidly know you can handle business growth - but I've seen more HSEs than I can count in puddles of overwhelm at just the thought of what will be required to set up these systems. Now, believe me, I get the allure. It's so deliciously tempting to believe if you set up these online systems, you'll be able to: Funnel multiple people into your programs without ever having to "sell them" so avoiding any potential sense of personal rejection or energetic over-stimulation from taking on other people's "stuff" You'll reach more people and make more money Here's the thing, though #2 is definitely possible, as a Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur you can never escape #1. Here's why: A. Your energy goes into everything you do so if you're setting up these online systems from an energy of fear, avoidance or overwhelm this is what will be felt in your marketing no matter how superbly you "follow the formula". B. You can't push your way through or hide from the fact you're highly sensitive. You were born into the world this way. It's how it will always be.

What you CAN do is learn how to master your nervous system, so it works for you and you're able to come from a position of your highly sensitive strengths with everything you do. When you do this, you're no longer afraid of "not being able to handle it" or overwhelm and you're able to expand your business mission without needing to sacrifice your well-being because "that's what you have to do to grow a business". Instead, you're able to equip yourself with a new set of beliefs in your ability to have the business you want without needing to pretend you're someone you're not.
