My in-depth response addressed how we both agreed we are entering into a new definition of leadership that's very different from the last century. I then shared, when it comes to Highly Sensitive Leadership, every person who is highly sensitive IS capable of leadership and equipped with a unique set of strengths that will make them an excellent leader - whether of self, family, business or boardroom - but not every highly sensitive is ready to do what's needed to become a leader. Specifically when it comes to being willing to take full personal and energetic responsibility for their experience and to let the victim story of "hard/tired/can't/you just don't understand" finally go.
Not every highly sensitive is ready.
And that's truly fine. No right, wrong, or judgement - especially from me.
But those who I'm here to mentor are those highly sensitives who ARE ready to
- make the choice to put their "struggle sword" down
- pick up their Royal Advisor scepter and
- learn how to feel safe to be seen for who they truly are every. single. day.
Again, it's not for every highly sensitive, but the freedom that awaits for those who it is for is tremendous. Here are just a few recent examples from the Business Miracles community:
- a private consultant contributing to world changing government health projects and making more money than she ever dreamed possible (just bought a 5 bedroom house - on her own)
- a single mom, real estate broker, no longer a slave to the model of "my schedule is not my own" (who is also continuing to generate more income than ever before)
- a legal consultant challenging the structure of "billable hours" through the highly sensitive leadership lens of how to do things differently (and - yup - continuing with the theme of making more money now than ever)
Every highly sensitive can be trained to use your nervous system to work for you rather than against you.
If you sense you're ready, but aren't sure I highly recommend you start by understanding your highly sensitive coping mechanism and how to shift into your strength of creativity instead.
You'll find all the tools you need in the starter kit you can download for free here (including the coping mechanism assessment that'll show you exactly what you default to when the pressure is on).
Any questions you have as you go through the kit just reach out to me here. I'm happy to support.
XO. Heather
