you're really good at what you do but ...

Sdfsdf, I hear from Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs (HSEs) all the time how much they "do not want to market" themselves and, boy, do I get it. You know you're really good at what you do, but putting yourself out there is definitely an act of vulnerability.

There are 3 factors I've found that really help with this:

  1. Know your WHY (thank you, Simon Sinek).
  2. Surround yourself with people who get you, believe in your WHY, and honor your HSE needs rather than shame you for them.
  3. Be gracefully fierce with your focus.

When you know your WHY and are surrounded with aligned support it allows you to free up energy previously stuck in HSE Shadows such as Overwhelm and Over-protection and instead channel this energy into HSE Strengths such as Creativity and Empathy.

This then creates a focus shift and suddenly marketing feels natural and even fun.

For example, for me:

  1. My WHY is serving HSEs to know that they can "do hard things" with a lot less effort when they come from their HSE Strengths and as a result have a profitable business that makes a positive difference in the world while also making themselves happy.

  2. I've created the Business Miracles Community for Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders to be a supportive environment for empowerment (and my team is a microcosm of these values as well) where everything centers around our 3 success pillars of Community, Core Practice and Consistency.

  3. Because of #1 and #2 my marketing is able to filled with creative acts that fuel my soul (such as writing this message that you're reading :))

If you can feel in your heart that your ready to learn how to effortlessly use your highly sensitive nature in service to others while also increasing your income go here and let's us know 3 dates and times that will be good for us to connect with you.

XO. Heather
