What's Happening with Heather

As we step into July, it's the perfect time to reflect on the fact that I started my business 21 years ago this month! I am reminded of the journey from having only $7000 saved in the bank to the thriving community we have now. My journey from an education background to building a business with no initial social media or YouTube presence was filled with learning and growth.

Here we are, 21 years later, celebrating the wins and the transformations that have come not just for me, but for hundreds of HSPs in business and leadership around the globe. All from being willing to understand and leverage my sensitivity.

At the end of June, I hosted a deep, transformational retreat exclusive to a select few of my Business Miracles members. This retreat was intentionally planned to cater to the unique needs of the attendees, helping them integrate powerful practices into their daily lives and businesses.

The focus was on rewiring the old unhelpful HSP story-patterns lodged in our nervous systems and using our strengths to create a new story equipped to navigate business and life leadership challenges.

The retreat made me think about how I recently reconnected with an HSP client I worked with over a decade ago. She shared her experiences with various programs and feeling misunderstood which is why she has now rejoined the Business Miracles community and re-enrolled in The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Programs.

All of this has reinforced for me, once again, the importance of genuine connection, respect and cohesion in our special, sacred community of HSPs creating business miracles.
