Develop HSP Business Resilience 🌟

image

Hello Sdfsdf,

Let me do a temp check - are you also feeling the intensity of these continuous changing times?

So, that means I'm not the only one. Navigating challenges can often feel overwhelming for us Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs (HSEs). Yet, developing resilience and maintaining clarity can transform these obstacles into opportunities for growth.

This is now my personal ongoing experience as well as for so many HSPs I mentor. Setting clear intentions and managing your nervous system are crucial steps in this process.

What's Happening with Heather

As we continue to grow and thrive in our entrepreneurial journeys, I want to share a bit about what's currently happening in my world. As part of marking my 21st business anniversary year, I've been reflecting on my past experiences at large entrepreneur events I would attend back in my early days of being self-employed.

I typically came back feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, with stacks of notes and long lists of to-dos that I struggled to tackle. Similarly, I hear from so many HSPs about how they enroll in online courses but feel overwhelmed and then guilty for not completing them.

This reflection ties perfectly into our periodic goals check-in. I encourage you to revisit some of those abandoned courses and to-dos with the support of HSP tools to manage them at your own pace.

Our programs help you manage your HSP nervous system and get clear on the business growth (both income and impact) you want to be creating and how to go about it in a way that works for how your nervous system processes not just information, but how you feel about implementing and taking action on what you've learned.

Including, we support new Business Miracles members all of the time with finally being able to use previous courses they've invested in!

Today's HSP Business Tip: Maintaining Clarity for Resilience and Success

Here's how to set your weekly intentions:

  1. Reflect on Accomplishments: Ask yourself, "What do I want to accomplish this week?" Write down your top three goals that align with your long-term vision.
  2. Focus on Feelings: Consider, "How do I want to feel throughout the week?" Whether it's calm, productive, or inspired, identify the emotions you want to cultivate.
  3. Set Boundaries: Determine, "What boundaries do I need to set?" This could include time management, saying no to non-essential tasks, or creating space for prioritizing your HSP needs in tandem for caring with other people in your business and life..

By dedicating a few minutes every Sunday to this practice, you can create a roadmap that keeps you centered and resilient. This intentional approach ensures that your actions are aligned with your deepest values, making it easier to navigate challenges with clarity and purpose.

Rachael Gorbutt's Success Story

Rachael Gorbutt

Highly Sensitive Leader and Voice Teacher, Kindermusik Owner, GA

"I raised my income 14% in 2023 through the Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Programs. Not a bad raise for putting what I'm learning to work for me for only half a year! I can't wait to see the increase I will see for 2024!"

Rachel began by using the OFTU tool to set clear weekly intentions and actions. . She also used both the live weekly training calls The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training programs provide along with our private-non-social-media forum for ongoing accountability.

Her commitment to using these program elements allowed her to navigate challenges with clarity and resilience, resulting in a significant increase in her income. She also recently attended an in-person multi-day retreat with me and is now ready to take this increase to the next level by setting schedule boundaries and making rate changes she never thought she'd be able to do. I, for one, am excited to see where she is 6-months from now!

Soul Sync: Firing Up Your Inner Knowing

In addition to weekly intention setting, I recommend incorporating a daily activation practice. Spend a few minutes each day connecting inwardly and seeking divine guidance. This can be done through meditation, journaling, or listening to guided audio like the "Inward Connection-Divine Guidance". This practice will help you stay grounded and connected to your inner wisdom throughout the week.

Remember, the answers you seek often lie within. This practice is about creating the space to hear them.

By aligning your energy and setting clear intentions through this practice, you're forging a sacred pact with the universe. You're declaring your readiness to receive guidance and inviting abundance and opportunity to flow into your life with the force of a mighty river.

This practice is about cultivating resilience, clarity, and the deep-seated confidence that comes from trusting your inner voice. As highly sensitive individuals, we have a unique capacity for depth and intuition. This practice helps us harness these gifts fully.

Do you hear that? Your inner wisdom is calling!
