What's Happening with Heather I get asked a lot how in the heck the Highly Sensitive Leadership programs work when we have a variety of members at so many different phases of their journey. We have members just starting in business, members who've been in business for over 20 years, and members who aren't self-employed but in various leadership positions (including stay-at-home moms - YES, this is HSP Leadership!) How does it work? From a logistical perspective, we have 7 Leadership Tracks of curriculum each member assesses each year to meet them exactly where they are on their HSP business leadership journey. From an educational perspective, the magic learning sauce is a very consciously cultivated community. What brings every member together is we are all HSPs, we are HSPs committed to empowerment and self-advancement the program design cultivates support in its truest sense of the word, creating a natural growth acceleration for every member It's a full circle of support rather than a past-century linear, judgemental hierarchy.
