How to use your HSP intuition to work less and earn more

Hello Sdfsdf, Your intuition isn't just a nice-to-have—it's a powerful tool for business success. When you trust it, you can make decisions faster, attract aligned clients, and work with more ease. What's Happening with Heather I can remember the very first time I deliberately used my intuition to make a business decision. I was in the process of offering my first-ever group coaching program. The program was set to start in just over a week and I still had two spots open in the program. I wasn't sure what to do so I turned to one of the energy/nervous system management tools that's now a foundational tool in The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training programs: Auto-Writing. This tool and the way I use it and teach it is designed to support us HSPs with accessing our intuitive guidance. The message I received was clear: make a video. Now, let me emphasize this was in 2006 and Youtube was ONLY ONE YEAR OLD (crazy to think about, right?) AND - there was no such thing yet as a smartphone (even crazier, right?) So making a video was a big deal. It literally took me almost an entire day to get my nerves in check, actually film it, and then try to figure out how to get it on YouTube and then how to get it in an email to share I was a ball of anxiety, but I did it. And I filled that group program. Whether it was directly from the video, I'll never know (there was no way to track it back then), but I do *know* that my willingness to follow my intuitive guidance was key IN SPITE OF (or because of) how challenging it all was for me. Since then? There are way too many similar HSP business miracle moments for myself to even count … Today's HSP Business Tip: Use your intuition to grow your business Your intuition is one of your greatest business assets as an HSP, but like any muscle, it needs regular use to grow stronger. The more you trust and act on your intuitive nudges, the more aligned and effortless your business decisions will feel. Simple ways to strengthen your intuition: Create a quiet space daily: Even five minutes of silence or nervous system management as I teach in the Stop Overwhelm Starter Training Kit, can help you hear your inner guidance more clearly. Trust your first instinct: Instead of second-guessing, try acting on your initial gut feeling and see what happens. Track past wins: Look for and keep a running list of times when following your intuition led to success—it builds confidence in trusting it again.
