Hello Sdfsdf, Highly Sensitive People often love learning, but many struggle to invest in support that aligns with their learning. Why? Because we've internalized the myth that transformation should be free, or that we "should already know this." This week, we're lovingly busting the "free fix" myth and leaning into the truth: real change requires energetic, emotional, and financial investment. It's not a burden – it's a beautiful declaration of self-worth. What's Happening with Heather In my early years of being self-employed (22 years ago this month!) I remember longing to go to the next level of my business, but I wanted to do it in a way that also aligned with my values. I was led to a training program, and everything about the program rang all of my "yes bells" except for the tuition. I could not see how  in the world I would be able to make this investment. (My monthly terror of being able just to pay my living expense bills was consistently sky-high.) Yet, my heart-led intuitive guidance knew that this program would support me. So, I committed. I committed to making the investment, starting with just the first month's tuition, and taking EVERY action that the program recommended I take. And as I followed through on that commitment, I was able to generate the next month's tuition and then the next, then the next, and so on for an entire year's commitment. At the end of that year, I was not the same person, and my business was not the same business. Yes, because of the content I received in that program, but more so because of who I had to become to participate in that program, including releasing the HSP tendency of needing to know all the steps before being willing to take just one. Today's HSP Business Tip: Dismantle the Free Fix Myth You may love to learn as a Highly Sensitive Leader, but true transformation doesn't come from consuming more free content. It comes from committing to aligned support and taking empowered action. Reflect on where you might still expect transformation without investment. Replace "I should already know this" with "I'm worthy of support." Shift your learning style from passive consumption to active implementation. Identify one area where you're stuck because you're waiting for a "free fix"—and take one baby step to invest instead. Choose to invest from your HSP empowered energy, not from guilt or desperation. Freedom in your finances starts when you stop waiting to be rescued—and start resourcing yourself with intention and worthiness.
