Hello Sdfsdf, In business and relationships, HSPs often default to shame or self-blame when things feel difficult. But in the Highly Sensitive Leadership program Relationship Resilience and Shame Transformation trainings you learn that you always have a choice: shame or grace. What's Happening with Heather When personally connecting with a pre-Business Miracles-member, I always share at the beginning of the Clarity Call process that the first session of the process is always a chance for us to get to know each other; so I can learn more about the HSP in front of me, what they are looking to create in their business and leadership and then start to introduce the HSP to the Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Program. And I emphasize the word "start". Because I also share that I will let the HSP know I will only recommend we go to a second session if I'm confident the program will work for them. I share this because, recently, as I was connecting with a pre-member, I got clear – about ¾ of the way through our first session – that this HSP would not benefit from the Highly Sensitive Leadership Training program.  In the past, I would have felt deep shame about this and tried to make myself or my programming work for the person in front of me. Now, with 22 years of experience and a deep commitment to continue doing the same "real work" I teach my Business Miracles members, I've learned to embody the grace of knowing I'm not meant to serve everyone. Including some HSPs are best served elsewhere.
