Get More Done By Taking These 3 Doable Steps 😉

image

Hello Sdfsdf,

In our busy world, finding a sense of productivity as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) can feel like walking a tightrope. But what if the key to accomplishing more wasn't about pushing harder but fully accepting where you are now?

Today, we're exploring the theme of Increasing Productivity by Embracing Your Current State as Good Enough. The "Good Enough Business" concept may seem counterintuitive, but it's a transformative approach to reframe how you view progress and success.

At its heart, this method encourages you to recognize that you don't need everything figured out right now. Doing this lets you focus on what truly matters, taking intentional steps forward without the pressure to achieve perfection. This shift allows you to operate from calm, clarity, and intention, empowering you to harness your HSP strengths for personal and professional success.

What's Happening with Heather

I've developed many tools, teachings and trainings over my 21 years of being self-employed to support myself and those I mentor to embrace genuine HSP process and progress over socialized definitions of success. However, the one I am most, most proud of is what I refer to as "Intuitive Planning™".

This used to be my own little secret, but now I lead the entire Business Miracles community through an entire day of Intuitive Planning every 4 months. Every single member emerges with a four month business-leadership-life balanced plan designed from access to their own heart and intuitive guidance.

What I have seen created as a result of these intuitive plans over the years is nothing short of miraculous. It's a truest example I have of how we are meant to work differently as HSPs from our unique set of top highly sensitive strengths.

Today's HSP Business Tip: Good Enough Business

The "Good Enough Business" mindset invites you to accept where you are and understand that you don't need to have it all figured out. It's about aligning your actions with what is genuinely doable rather than constantly striving for more.

Here are your three actionable steps to begin implementing this today:

  1. Assess Your Current State: Take a few minutes today to ask yourself, "What is working well in my business right now?" Write down three things you are proud of.
  2. Set Doable Actions: Pick one action you're willing to take that moves your business forward. This could be small, like emailing or following up with a lead.
  3. Release Perfectionism: Practice being okay with this one action being 'enough' for today.

This pathway is about understanding that you are good enough right now and can move forward by focusing on what's achievable instead of trying to have it all at once.

Implementing these steps can reduce being overwhelmed and help you start making meaningful progress sustainably.

Nikki Kourpias's Inspiring Journey

I still remember the day Nikki joined our community. Her eyes showed determination, but I could sense the weight of uncertainty she carried. Starting a yoga studio during the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021—that's no small feat. But Nikki didn't just start a business; she built something extraordinary.

Nikki once told me, "I never thought I'd be able to establish a business and operating systems like this." Hearing her say that filled me with pride because I knew her potential. Watching her transform that initial uncertainty into a thriving yoga studio that's grown to multiple six figures in under three years has been inspiring.

Despite the record-breaking heat, her studio saw its highest number of students this summer. "This is especially amazing since we are a HOT yoga studio!" she exclaimed, her pride shining.

But the journey wasn't easy. Nikki often spoke to me about her internal battles—the doubts and limiting beliefs. Yet, whenever she felt like giving up, she leaned on the tools we developed together. "Through it all," she said, "I've been more equipped than ever to keep my nervous system calm and to continue taking one step at a time."

Hearing Nikki express how thrilled she is to live in this new narrative she never imagined possible when she first joined our community fills me with immense pride. Moments like these remind me why I do this work. Nikki's story is a powerful example of how embracing your HSP strengths and Core Value Offer can lead to personal and professional growth.

Let Nikki's journey inspire you. Her success shows that aligning with your true self and harnessing your unique strengths can create a brand that resonates deeply with your audience and brings immense personal fulfillment.
