HSP mastery: your ticket to impact 🎯

image

Hello Sdfsdf,

What if you could be okay with where you are, and know and accept that you're not meant to have it all right now? What might that look like? What might that feel like it? How might that transform the HSP tendency to question, "what's wrong with me, why am I not good enough, why do I feel shame for being who I am?"

All of these questions have three things in common:

  • they're completely normal thoughts and questions for your highly sensitive self
  • they're a part of one of our courses in The Highly Sensitive Leadership Program (and the answers are right there alongside them)
  • they're all questions that can, to some degree or another, be met with self-love

Love isn't reserved for one day—it's a daily practice, especially for highly sensitive leaders. Self-love is the foundation for sustained joy, resilience, and success throughout the year and in this final stretch, we're leaving you with some tips and tricks on how to really put it into practice.

What's Happening with Heather

Valentine's Day is such a mixed bag, right? Yes, to those who rant about it being corporate hype, but also is it necessarily a terrible thing to be focused on love for a day? What if we were focused on ALL kinds of love every day? Imagine the power of what that could create …

That's why I made a point to celebrate with some of my most favorite NYC gals. And when my friend Sarah thought she wouldn't be able to join because of a work commitment I reminded her, we can do GALENTINES Day whenever we want! ♥️

Today's HSP Business Tip: Make self-love a part of your routine by setting aside time weekly to reflect on your needs and achievements

To truly love is truly your only job. To love is the essence of your business. Your primary job is to love your potential clients. To love your clients. To love your colleagues. To love your vendors. To love your team members. To love your coaches. To love your mentors. And to love yourself.

Three ways to strengthen your HSP business leadership by practicing self-love this week:

  • Schedule a recurring "self-check-in" on your calendar. Use this time to ask yourself: What do I need right now? You are here on purpose, with a gift meant to uplift and inspire your prospects, clients and team. Setting aside time each week to ask, "What do I need right now?" and using that valuable information to make improvements to your next week's schedule is an act of self-love that honors your unique HSP journey. When you nurture yourself, you create the clarity and energy needed to serve others with more ease and authenticity.
  • Create a list of self-care activities that energize and restore you—keep it visible. Your well-being is essential to fulfilling your sacred business leadership purpose. A list of restorative activities serves as a loving reminder to prioritize yourself. By tending to your needs with care and compassion, you model the balance and self-honoring that your ideal clients are seeking in their own lives.
  • Celebrate one thing you did well each week, no matter how small. Self-love means embracing your wins, no matter how small, as proof of your growth and resilience. By celebrating your efforts, you affirm that you are enough just as you are. This joyful self-recognition builds confidence and magnetizes the right clients—those who see and appreciate the light you bring.

"Before attending in person training with Heather Dominick, I felt like I was stuck in feeling alone; so much so that I couldn't even see that I was stuck. Now I feel much more comfortable reaching out for support and have been able to more quickly shift my feelings of shame. As a result I am feeling more empowered emotionally and financially. Including celebrating another client renewal and continued consistent income generation! I would attend another in person event with Mentor Heather Dominick because there's nothing like the accelerated growth that comes from being with Heather in-person!"

When we think of self-love, we may think of a solo act, something that we have to become strong enough to do on our own. But having a supportive team around you can create a community that helps you thrive as a Highly Sensitive Person.

Schedule a Clarity Call to learn more about our program and community that can help you thrive.

XO.
